How will I know that my order was received?

You will receive an email stating that your order is being processed. Should there be any issues you will receive an email from one of our staff.

How can I review my orders?
You can review all of your history and orders via your profile! Simply log in to see past orders and order history!

How can I track my order?
All orders being sent to you will be accompanied by a tracking number, which you will receive once we've shipped your item. For more information please have a look at our shipping policy.

Do you ship Internationally?

I can’t find the product I want to purchase!
Our in-store inventory is stocked! if it's not on the site, we certainly have it in store. Just reach us at info@monalisayyc.com

When do you ship orders?
Our staff aim to ship orders the same day we receive them. The only exception is on Sunday's when we are closed. If there are ever any unusual delays we will let you know as soon as we can! For further information, please refer to our shipping policy.
